Andrea has been part of FABREGA MOLINO since 2021, during which time she has developed solid experience in intellectual property and regulatory matters, advising national and international clients across a wide range of industries.

Her practice focuses on the comprehensive management of trademark, patent, utility model, and industrial design portfolios, as well as the coordination of intellectual property registrations across multiple jurisdictions worldwide, and the preparation of regulatory analyses related to product market entry and applicable regulatory compliance.

Andrea also supports clients in the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property assets, ensuring that the strategies implemented are aligned with each organization’s commercial and operational objectives.

In 2025, Andrea was granted an educational leave to pursue a master’s degree program in Italy, an experience that strengthened her academic background and international perspective. That same year, she completed a fall research fellowship with a Washington, D.C.–based law firm, where she conducted a comparative study on the Design Law Treaty and its global impact, examining its implementation across multiple jurisdictions and its implications within international intellectual property and regulatory frameworks.

Andrea’s promotion strengthens FABREGA MOLINO’s Intellectual Property Department, enhancing its technical capabilities and reinforcing its regional and international projection.
