Andrea is a junior attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department.

Since joining the firm in 2021, she has developed solid experience in intellectual property and regulatory matters, advising national and international clients across a wide range of industries.

She has experience managing portfolios of trademarks, patents, utility models, and industrial designs, as well as coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings and preparing regulatory assessments related to product market entry and regulatory compliance.

Her practice includes supporting clients in the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property assets, ensuring that legal strategies are aligned with broader commercial and operational objectives.

In 2025, Andrea completed a fall research fellowship with a Washington, D.C.–based law firm, where she conducted a comparative study on the Design Law Treaty and its global impact. Her research analyzed the treaty’s implementation across multiple jurisdictions and its implications for international regulatory and intellectual property frameworks.
