New dispositions of Work Permits for Friendly Nationals and Foreign Professionals – March 2017

The Panama Ministry of Labor has issued a memorandum, by which it announces that from now on, all applications for work permits for Friendly Nationals and Foreign Professionals, when presented at the Ministry, must not only contain the application itself and other documents required by Law, but they must also include the work contract and the payroll of the company or the Certified Public Accountant certification (when applicable).

In view of these changes, we are at your complete disposition in order to handle these new labor dispositions in the most efficient way so as to prevent negative impacts on your companies.
