Marleny focuses her practices on the fiscal aspects of complex business transactions, acquisitions,  financing, and joint venture projects involving real estate.

Her expertise includes regulatory matters related to contracts, permits, licenses, administrative procedures before government Institutions, among others. She has advised institutional investors, owners, and developers in sophisticated transactions involving industrial properties, offices, hotels, and multi-family residential properties. Her client portfolio is diverse, from start-ups to multinational corporations.

Marleny is a member of the Social Responsibility Committee of FABREGA MOLINO by rendering Pro Bono legal services in favor of foundations, and non-profit associations focused on children.
