Linette is an Intellectual Property lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. Her practice is mainly focused on intellectual property litigation before IP civil courts.

She has extensive experience managing brand portfolios locally and internationally.

Linette has advised and represented international clients in cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, veterinary products, and foodstuffs for animals on health registration (regulatory affairs).

She has represented international clients of different industries, including sports, apparel, telecommunications, personal care, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical products in Trademark litigation, and also in drafting and negotiation of agreements.

Linette has been ranked as IP Rising Star – Latin America (2018) and as IP Litigation Rising Star -Latin America (2021) by The Legal 500.
