José Antonio Sierra is a Senior Associate at FABREGA MOLINO. He serves as a liaison between Panama and the United States to exchange information on money laundering crimes. He also was the Legal Advisor of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (1990 – 1991; Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Government and Justice (1992 – 1993); Legal Counselor to the Minister of Finance and Economy (1997 – 1999). Before FABREGA MOLINO, he has practiced law at a local firm (1993-1996) and in-house corporate law specialist for a well-known multinational firm with diversified real estate holdings and international trade interest (1999-2008).
