His practice specializes in the registration and protection of trademarks, copyrights, patents and regulatory affairs, as well as civil and criminal litigation related to Intellectual Property.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex litigation cases, coordinated in-depth investigations, and negotiated key agreements to safeguard his clients’ interests. His expertise spans the comprehensive management of industrial property registrations (trademarks, patents, and designs) and the strategic administration of intellectual property portfolios.

Among his most notable achievements is the seizure of over one million counterfeit product units in a single year, underscoring his dedication to combating piracy and protecting intellectual property rights.
