We are delighted to announce that Linette Torres has joined the team at FABREGA MOLINO. The Firm is thrilled to welcome Linette to the Intellectual Property department.  Her expertise and skills are very valuable to the team, we are so grateful for the opportunity to use her knowledge in favour of our clients. 

The focus of her practice is intellectual property litigation in IP civil courts and managing brand portfolios on a local and international level. She has represented local and international clients of different industries, including sports, apparel, telecommunications, personal care, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical products, in Trademark litigation and in drafting and negotiating agreements. 

She has also advised and assisted clients in regulatory affairs, such as cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, veterinary products and foodstuffs for animals on health registration. 

Linette obtained an LL.B. degree from the School of Law at Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, United States.
