With over a decade of experience, he has successfully led complex litigation cases, coordinated in-depth investigations, and negotiated major agreements to safeguard his clients’ interests.

His expertise also extends to anti-counterfeiting and enforcement actions, having successfully overseen the seizure of millions of counterfeit products across various industries, including entertainment, consumer goods, luxury brands, and automotive sectors.

He holds a Law and Political Science degree (Cum Laude) from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua and earned an LL.M. degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
