Andres focuses his practice on civil, commercial, and administrative litigation with a constitutional perspective. He has experience handling high-profile cases related to unconstitutionality, habeas data, and fundamental rights protection claims.

He graduated from law school at Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama and earned an LL.M. degree as a Fulbright Scholar from the University of Florida in the United States.

In addition to his legal practice, Andrés is a constitutional law professor and researcher at Universidad Santa María La Antigua. His work focuses on constitutional reasoning in Panama, the doctrine of separation of powers, and the adequate protection of fundamental rights.
