Alberto has over 20 years of experience within Panama’s judicial system, gained through his distinguished tenure at the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice. He worked closely with Justices in resolving complex civil and commercial disputes, developing a deep understanding of jurisprudence and procedural practice. His experience covers constitutional proceedings, civil and commercial contracts, torts, inheritance, real rights, registry law, and extraordinary remedies such as Cassation and Review.
