Pablo Martínelli M., an expert in Capital Markets, Banking, Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions, has played a key role in advising national and international clients on debt restructurings, securities issuances, and acquisitions in sectors such as hospitality, alcohol industry, telecommunications, retail, education, among others. His active participation in the national and international markets, such as the New York Stock Exchange, and his strategic focus on project financing and acquisition transactions have solidified his position as a leader in his field.
