Carla Arritola Bradvica is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice, where she focuses on complex civil and commercial disputes, including matters related to contracts, competition law, fraud, product liability, intellectual property and unfair trade practices.

 

Juan Raúl Sosa V leads the Firm’s Tax practice, advising local and international clients on the tax aspects of complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing and business structuring. His practice also includes tax planning, application of double taxation treaties, transfer pricing and advisory on special investment regimes in Panama.

 

Pablo Martinelli practices in the Corporate and Transactional area, advising local and international companies on the structuring of commercial operations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters related to the operation and expansion of businesses across various sectors of the economy.
