CARLA ARRITOLA

Carla Arritola is a senior associate in the litigation and arbitration department at FABREGA MOLINO. Her practice focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation, including family disputes, antitrust, trade secrets, consumer fraud, and intellectual property.

Carla advises clients on issues related to the transfer of shares by a succession of Panamanian corporations and cross-border equity structures.

Before federal and state courts, Carla Arritola has advised clients (individuals and companies) from different industries related to civil and commercial litigation issues. She has handled cases in many matters, including antitrust, contracts, class actions, fraud, mass lawsuits, mergers and acquisitions, product liability, securities, and unfair business practices.

In addition, she is in charge of the aviation practice area, assisting corporate and private clients related to aviation transactions, aviation regulation and certification, and aviation litigation
