As an Associate in our Public Affairs and Regulated Sectors department, Alejandro has extensive experience handling public procurement and contractual matters in Panama. Alejandro also has an impressive academic background, including Master’s degrees in Procedural and Commercial Law, and deals with construction, energy, insurance, and healthcare matters related to Public Procurement.
